Of dat echt zo is, laten we even in het midden. Maar dat januari een wat grauwe, lange maand kan zijn, dat herkennen veel gezinnen wel.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"805\">Zeker bij gevoelige kinderen merk je het vaak extra: de drukte van december is net achter de rug, school draait weer op volle toeren, en het lichaam (en hoofd) lijkt soms nog niet helemaal bij.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"912\">Juist in zulke momenten kan een klein hulpmiddel zoals de oefening <em data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"886\">Ademruimte<\/em> een groot verschil maken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"1177\">Op 20 december deelde ik deze oefening als weggever in de Online Mini Adventskalender \u2013 een cadeau van Chantal, die met veel gevoel en ervaring werkt met tieners en ontspanning. En de reacties waren zo positief, dat ik hem hier graag nog eens in de spotlight zet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1414\">Zelf gebruikte ik de oefening vorige week, <strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1253\">na de uitvaart van mijn oma<\/strong>. Even zitten. Ademhalen. Voelen wat er \u00eds, zonder meteen iets te hoeven. Het hielp me om weer een beetje te landen, na zo\u2019n intense dag.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1443\">Wat is Ademruimte?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1510\">Een korte, eenvoudige oefening die kinderen (en ouders) helpt om:<br><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\"><br>\u2022 rustiger te worden<br><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">\u2022 spanning sneller te herkennen<br><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">\u2022 weer even terug te komen in hun lijf<br><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">\u2022 te ervaren: <\/span><em style=\"font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\" data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1667\">ik kan z\u00e9lf iets doen als het teveel wordt<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1878\">Het is een van de favoriete oefeningen van kinderen bij Chantal in de praktijk. Je kunt hem voorlezen, zelf laten lezen of gebruiken als een soort mini meditatie. En het mooie? Hij duurt maar een paar minuten.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1912\">Wanneer gebruik je het?<\/h3>\n<div><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">\u2022 Voor het slapen<\/span><\/div>\n<div><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">\u2022 Na een schooldag vol prikkels<\/span><br><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">\u2022 Voor een spreekbeurt, feestje of toets<\/span><br><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">\u2022 Als je kind boos, verdrietig of \u2018vol\u2019 zit<\/span><br><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">\u2022 Of gewoon\u2026 tussendoor, als oplaadmoment<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2196\">Het is geen trucje. Het is een klein stukje zelfzorg. Voor kinderen, en net zo goed voor ouders.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2229\">Even pauze. Even adem.<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2461\">We hebben allemaal momenten waarop het fijn is om even op de pauzeknop te drukken. Voor gevoelige kinderen is dat geen luxe, maar een noodzaak.
